Intermediate Paddle Boarding

Our experienced coaches will review your skills, ensuring your paddle boarding foundation is strong. We’ll dive deep into advanced techniques including: paddle strokes for speed and control, turning manoeuvres, and even some tricks if you’re feeling adventurous.

Safety and Self Rescue

Pool paddle safety lessons: Learn how to wear your PFD, waist leash, learn and practice self-rescue, rescue of others, unconcious paddler, communication, how to deliver CPR and how to stay calm in emergencies.
